Famobi: Refund Policy

Any purchases of virtual goods or virtual currency in games from Famobi are final.

The only exception, which makes a customer eligible for a refund is if he does not receive the virtual goods or currency he paid for.

If you experience this issue and did not receive anything after you have made the payment, please contact us under support@famobi.com. We will see to it at once and make sure you get your refund immediately.

Please note: We are currently only looking for games which are full responsive in both landscape and portrait mode and work in mobile as well as desktop browser. They should have a dynamic UI which adapts to the orientation and no ingame texts at all (except for the title).
